We support organizations that seek to enable Native Hawaiians to access sustainable livelihoods and skills training, primarily in Construction.

The primary source of funds for The Hanai Hawaii Foundation comes from the profits of Foster Federal, LLC, a company focused on Construction and General Contracting. As a growing employer of Native Hawaiians, it is our goal to engage with youth and young adults looking for a career in the Construction business by partnering with organizations that provide skills training and career development.

Our approach aims to equip young Native Hawaiians with skills and opportunities to enable them to become self-sufficient through education, training, and ultimately prospering in a career in Construction. To this end, we support organizations focused on enduring support that can span the entirety of a career.
